On Saturday the 24th of September another Shorinjiryu Kenkokan Karatedo Seminar was conducted here in Hanover.

Once again Shihan Olaf was able to cover many of the different parts that make up this extraordinary style of Karatedo.

After the first round of training basics with a partner several Kata of different levels were studied. After 10min lunchbreak we dived right into weaponstraining. This time the basic techniques of the Bo (long staff) were refreshed and further intensified in partner training. Heads were spinning and we finished of with a session of semicontact exersises with the Bogu (body protector). It was another day of great training with a lot to learn for everyone and even the youngsters had fun right to the end. Thanks to Sensei Peter Lerk from the Netherland and his two students for coming.
