direction out of the city: train stop "Bothmerstraße (TÜV)" trains no. 1 and 2 (going to Laatzen/Saarstedt/Rethen), or train no. 8 (going to the industrial fair/Messegelände/Mittelfeld).
direction into the city: train stop "Dorfstraße" trains no. 1 and 2 (going to Langenhagen/Vahrenwald), or train stop "Bothmerstraße", train no. 8 (going to Alte Heide).
By Car:
You are recommended to take "Messeschnellweg" (industrial fair motorway) if you come from the north or the south, turn off at Wülferode. Residents of Hanover can reach the SHINDO Dojo fast and easily via Hildesheimer Strasse.
