Budo for children and Karatedo for kids and Teenager

Children want to have fun, play and rage with other. We want to give children the possibility of getting an introduction to the Asian fight arts with fun and joy in the SHINDOKAI.
Kinderbudo in the SHINDOKAI Dojo is a mixture of judo, Karatedo and Aikido and is taught by experienced teachers.
Kinderbudo was thought up by Shihan Olaf lotze-Leoni around children to let its natural joy in movement experience different aspects of fight art to promote.

Skill, concentration and this social be promoted in the lesson with each other.

The possibility examinations consists to the different belt colors (Kyu) in regular distances leaving from the Kinderbudo.
A Kinderbudo championship is organized anual where children can compare themselves with each other in the judo fight (Kumite) and in Karate Kata (form).

Karate for Kids

Lessons are for children as of given by the 7-11th year of life in the karate as an alternative to it or also expansion of the Kinderbudo. They are conducted by Shihan Olaf Lotze-Leoni. There are details to karate in the Shindo, to the timetable here ....

The youth group of the Karatedo

For teenagers of 11 to 18 year Shorinjiryu Kenkokan Karatedo is taught as in the case of the adults. The lesson takes place twice weekly and is conducted by Shihan Olaf Lotze-Leoni (6th Dan). With a upward performance stage it is to take part in further teaching units possibly for the teenagers and to have a good look in all areas at karate.
For teenagers there is the possibility also at seminars and competitions national and international take part and get recognized graduations internationally.
