Shindo Dragons rank 2nd in the dragon boat racing

At this year's dragon boat racing on the Maschsee the Shindo-Dragonss could finally show what in them puts. Because of racing breaking off by thunderstorms last year they couldn't give proof of their knowledge completely, but in this year it ran optimally for the team around Olaf Lotze.

On Saturday they began the qualification in the fun's fun class. They mastered the qualification and the quarter-finals with bravery. On Sunday they increased continuously their performance. If they still could offer a time of 1min 12s in the semifinal, they increased in the final to 1min 10s by 2 s once again. So they degraded one of the favorites, the "Zaza Sause" clear. Only 2 tenths seconds were missing to the winner, the "Malteser Hilfsboot". This lets hope for the next year.
