05/03-04/2008 Shorinjiryu Kenkokan- & Koshiki Karate seminar in brilliant sunshine
A seminar took place for Karatekas at the weekend. The SKKD has organzied it, referee was Shihan Olaf Lotze-Leoni, 6th Dan. Originally it should be organized in the hall but by the fine weather arose the possibility to experience the training in the free nature. A small challenge had already to be exercised instead of on the straight hall ground on an uneven meadow. The skill and the balance of every student was demanded here. But it has mastered everyone after a short settling-in period. The seminar contents enclosed all topics: Kata, Kumite, Bukiho, Koshiki training and arbitrator education. A joyful surprise was, this has grilled parents on Sunday noon for the seminar participants. Thanks for it.
At the end of the weekend the résumé: Studied much, made physically and sun-tanned :-)
